Introduction

At Vedic Wellness By Geeta, we strive to provide the best quality Vedic products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email).

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, haircare products)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@vedicwellness.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than [number] days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@vedicwellness.com.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
